Roster name

Subtitle (optional)

Optional small line under the name.

Word for each event (optional)

What you'll call each one — e.g. Class, Session, Event. Leave blank for “Game”.

Word for each person (optional)

What you'll call the people who sign up — e.g. Student, Kid, Member. Leave blank for “Player”.

Admin passphrase

The passphrase you'll use to manage this roster. Share it only with people you want as admins.

Roster settings

Controls how your roster looks at the top of the page and how people find it.

Name

The big title at the top of your roster — usually your team, group, or league name.

Subtitle

A small line under the name. Optional — leave it blank to hide it.

Signup message (optional)

The note that appears at the top and bottom of the list when someone taps Copy to paste it into WhatsApp. Leave blank to use the standard “sign up here” message.

Word for each event

What this roster calls each one — e.g. Class, Session, Event, Practice. Leave blank to use “Game”.

Word for each person

What this roster calls the people who sign up — e.g. Student, Kid, Member. Leave blank to use “Player”.

Custom link

A clean, memorable link people can read — letters, numbers and dashes only. Must be unique; if it's taken you'll be asked to pick another. Your original token link keeps working too.

Share link

This is all you share. Send it to your players (WhatsApp, text, email) — they open it and sign up in their browser, nothing to install. It's also the link anyone using the installed app pastes under “Add a roster” to add your games to theirs.
